Teamweek has set up two extensions – one for Chrome, and another for Mozilla Firefox. They allow you to add tasks to your timeline from anywhere making sure all your tasks from other tools you may use – like Github, Trello or Asana – get communicated to the entire team. That way everyone will be kept in the loop.
It’s not a fully automated integration. Instead, it allows you to pick and choose the tasks you wish to add to your Teamweek timeline, add estimations, task duration as well as checklists and notes.
In addition to web tools, you can add tasks to Teamweek from any other website. Not to forget anything, you can add a task from your email inbox right after receiving an inquiry from your client. There’s no need to dabble between tabs or to open another window.
The same goes for when you use Slack from your browser. We know all too well how heated discussion with peers can turn into concrete plans on the spot. You can then just mark something you discussed, add it as a task on Teamweek and assign it on-the-go.
After creating those tasks, you can just go to Teamweek and edit all of them. Reschedule and add a few checklist items while making sure you’re not overwhelming your team.
