It’s been well over a year since we offered support via Facebook. If you’ve sent us a message, you were greeted with an automated response that looked like this:
We unfortunately no longer provide support via Facebook. However, if you have any questions or feedback, we’d be happy to hear them. Please write an email to email@example.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
There were a few reasons for this. First and foremost, we wanted to deliver quality support and our resources were limited. By cutting the amount of support channels, we knew we wouldn’t be missing any queries.
Second was that if someone messaged us, say about a bug, we’d need to switch to email anyways, so why not cut out the middleman?
Third, although we did have some inquiries, they were few and far between.
But we’re back now and ready to offer you top support on Facebook. Not only will we be responding to your inquiries, we’ve also created a shiny new Facebook Group. You can join the ranks by clicking here.
This newly created group is meant to be as much as source of support from us as it is for you to share tips and tricks that you use on your Timeline. Sharing is caring and isn’t it fun to hear of nifty new ways you can use your Teamweek account?
