You might have noticed that Planner has gone through some changes. From now on, Planner will be remembered as the beta-version of TeamWeek. In its beta phase, it achieved 200% annual growth, adding customers in 17 countries. But one thing our users continually told us was that ‘Planner’ was not descriptive enough as a product name.
This is why we have now decided to name it TeamWeek.
In principle, TeamWeek is a team management tool with a weekly calendar. It allows managers to respond faster to change by reorganizing teams and redistributing workload easily and swiftly. It is a sort of antidote for clumsy Gantt charts.
It does not end with changing the name, though. We have continuously talked to our users, and kept improving TeamWeek according to your suggestions and wishes. A lot of cool features for better scheduling and planning are in the pipeline even now. You will be seeing some new additions in the coming weeks!
We would like to thank all our current users for your patience and trust in us, and we are very excited to start the new era of TeamWeek together!
